Account Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
Subscription & Payment
GramSales offers a subscription-based service with a 7-day free trial period. After the trial:
- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends
- Payments are billed monthly and are subject to our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice; early adopter pricing is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GramSales to:
- Violate any laws or regulations, including Telegram's Terms of Service
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated messages
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or service
- Use the service for any purpose that is fraudulent or deceptive
Intellectual Property
The GramSales service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GramSales and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you create within the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. GramSales depends on Telegram Web's availability and compatibility — changes to Telegram's platform may temporarily affect our extension's functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GramSales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of GramSales after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
