GramSales is a lightweight CRM that runs as a Chrome extension on top of Telegram Web. Instead of asking you to move conversations into yet another tool, it adds a sales layer to Telegram itself: you can attach notes and labels to the people you talk to, track deals through a pipeline, set reminders so nothing slips, and reuse quick replies and scheduled messages — all without leaving the chat.

Our mission

Our mission is to bring CRM into Telegram, where the conversations actually happen. Most sales on Telegram are lost not because the deal was bad, but because a message went unanswered, a promise was forgotten, or a contact got buried under newer chats. By putting the CRM right next to the conversation, GramSales aims to make following up the easy default rather than an extra chore in a separate app.

How it works

GramSales is a Chrome extension. You add it to your browser, open Telegram Web, and the CRM appears inside the Telegram interface you already use. There is nothing for the people you talk to to install, and nothing new for them to log into.
